All public buildings should be accessible to everybody, regardless of knowledge, or physical or cognitive disabilities. Disabled people as much as possible should be able to access spaces in and out independently. In the case of derogation, often in the city centres with old architecture that can not easily be transformed, one solution can be a removable ramp to make up the few steps and provide access for wheelchairs. The ramp is placed by a staff member upon activation of the call button.
